En particular, los ejercicios de Pilates nos ense\u00f1an a ser conscientes de la respiraci\u00f3n y la alineaci\u00f3n de la columna y fortalecen los m\u00fasculos internos del torso que son importantes para evitar dolores de espalda.<\/p>\n<p>Por lo tanto, este conjunto de ejercicios ayuda a mejorar la condici\u00f3n f\u00edsica, pero tambi\u00e9n la capacidad de control y concentraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Aunque el m\u00e9todo Pilates se ha desarrollado y ha dado lugar a una gran cantidad de estilos y aplicaciones diversas, existen unos principios fundamentales que siempre deben estar presentes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Alineamiento<\/li>\n<li>Centralitzaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Concentraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Control<\/li>\n<li>Precisi\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Fluidez<\/li>\n<li>Respiraci\u00f3n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<h3>En qu\u00e9 consisten los ejercicios de Pilates?<\/h3>\n<p>Los ejercicios se basan en movimientos controlados, muy conscientes y coordinados con la respiraci\u00f3n, con el fin de crear un cuerpo armonioso, coordinado, musculado y flexible. Mediante su pr\u00e1ctica, la mente va tomando conciencia de las capacidades, limitaciones, fortalezas y debilidades del cuerpo para mejorar el estado f\u00edsico y mental.
